We all need to look at how we are looking after our skin when the weather is at its harshest.....even oily skins....

Many clients with an oily skin type feel that they shouldn't be using a moisturiser as this will increase their oil flow. This is NOT the case. An oily skin is just as prone to DEHYDRATION as any other skin, and not supplying it with essential moisture will only add hydration issues to an already volatile skin concern. Food Glorious Food....

Now as winter has truly arrived, there is nothing like a warm yummy gooey lunch, or Sunday evening toastie (like at our house) and this really appealed to me...love prosciutto, love pesto, love cheese...cant go wrong really ;) .....
